FCCO GOALS FOR 2005-2006

1.      Hire a new Adult Associate Pastor

2.      Recruit and train outreach leaders and establish outreach segment in 6 AF’s

3.      Develop a second worship team

4.      Train every children’s SS teacher to Share Christ with every child in SS and see 15 come to Christ.

5.      Renovate traditional church into a youth chapel and parish hall into student activities center.

6.      Launch revitalized Sun. Morning youth service with 5 student and 10 adult leaders

7.      Launch first international pastoral training center and win 500 converts into disciplemaking churches.

8.      Increase congregational giving by 10% and missions giving by 8% (from 12% TO 13%).

9.      Restructure website to provide audio feeds, media downloads and interactive components.

10.    Increase our flock from 546 to 643.
