·        Help Adult Ministry get a mission leader for each Adult Fellowship

·        Organize curriculum, train, and send 60 short-term missionaries

·        Train and send 120 short-term missionaries

·        Raise up within FCCO 2 full-time missionaries, and commit to at least a majority of support from FCCO

·        Raise up within FCCO 3 full-time missionaries, and commit to at least a majority of  support from FCCO

·        Raise up within FCCO 1 full-time missionary, and commit to at least a majority of support from FCCO

·        Work with Adult Ministry to train and get in full operation a sender group for each of our full-time missionaries

·        In 2005, recruit team of 3 pastoral trainers from FCCO and begin their T-net training

·        In 2006 train 25 Filipino pastors who will help win 300 disciples to Christ in 2006

·        Launch Generation-2 and Generation-3 training with 700 pastors who will help win 20,000 disciples to Christ.

·        Begin in Africa or other country the second pastor training location

·        Train 1,000 pastors per year who will help win at least 10,000 disciples to Christ per year

 

·        Ensure clear accounting so we can persuade more of our congregation to coalesce and celebrate their giving to missions within FCCO
