Evaluate capital equipment replacement and upgrades to meet the various ministry requirements as needed both short and long term..
Partner with Children’s Ministry and the Facility’s director to implement and install the security initiatives.	Evaluate the impact of ’06’s cable access programming and determine capital improvements as required in the area of video production.
