The Person of the Holy Spirit

Comforter. Advocate. Counselor. Revealer. Spirit of Truth. Intercessor. Indweller. Spirit of Life. Teacher. Witness. LORD. GOD. These are just a few titles the Bible ascribes to the Holy Spirit. Tomorrow, we begin a new sermon series in which we’ll explore and experience the glory and majesty of the Holy Spirit. May He be praised as we focus our attention upon Him.

From Series: "The Holy Spirit"

Many Christians throughout the ages have struggled to understand the person and work of the Holy Spirit. Our attention often focuses on God the Father and Christ the Son. But as the third person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit is also deserving of our praise, worship, and obedience. Our prayer for this new sermon series is that we won’t just gain a biblical understanding of the Spirit—we also want to experience Him in a fresh way. Throughout this eleven-week series, we’ll explore the person and power of the Spirit, His role as our sanctifier and teacher, the fruit and gifts of the Spirit, what it means to grieve and quench the Spirit, how to keep in step with Him, and more. Please join us for this life-changing series.
