Update from Pastor Marc:Church family,We’ve had a very long day and are writing to let you know we have arrived safely in Cairo, Egypt, and are booked on a flight home early Friday morning. There truly are no words to capture our emotions right now. We're feeling joyful, exhausted in every way, thankful, overwhelmed, relieved, and the list continues. We're not home yet, but we’re in a safe place with plane tickets in hand. On Monday, our tour finalized a plan to fly out of Egypt. We left Tuesday morning for the southernmost point in Israel. Last night, we stayed in a hotel on the Red Sea. This morning, we crossed into Egypt and then took a 10-hour bus ride to Cairo on roads deemed ‘safe.’ We truly feel blessed by our time in Israel, the team we’ve been with, and the Lord’s faithfulness. We deeply appreciate your prayers and encouragement. We have a lot to process, so if you don't receive an immediate reply from us, please understand we are not ignoring you; we just need some time. We’ll reach out once we are safely back in the U.S. With love,Marc and Ruth ... See MoreSee Less
