For the first time, we will be adding Baptism to our Thanksgiving service on Sunday, November 23! Jesus commands his followers to be baptized. This is the mark of every Christian who has placed their faith in Christ as they publicly declare him as Savior. “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins…” (Acts 2:38)
If you would like to be baptized, please join us for our baptism preparation classes on November 2 and 9. During our first class, we will discuss the meaning of baptism and why it is so important in the life of the believer. And then in our second class, we’ll have the opportunity to share our testimonies of faith with one another in preparation for baptism. These meetings will take place at 9:00 am in Rooms E/F.
Registration for the Baptism Preparation Class closes on Saturday, November 1 at 5:00 pm.
