Five years ago, we made an intentional shift in our governing structure, moving to an Elder Team to lead FCCO. God has blessed us with men who love the Lord and His church. As we consider new elders to serve now or in the future, we invite suggested nominations from our congregation.
The role of an elder is to feed, protect, lead, and shepherd Christ’s church. Elders are to be men of character as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9. Nominees must also have been Covenant Members of FCCO for at least one year.
