Women to women is a local outreach program providing women residents at the Carroll County Department of Corrections facility an opportunity to gather together for an hour of fellowship, Bible study, and prayer. This weekly gathering focuses on the needs of the women that attend. Our desire is to bring the hope of Jesus to all who attend as we serve them in the power of the Holy Spirit.
