CloseSunday, we conclude our study of Micah. His 41 years of preaching have ended. He’s about to step down from his prophetic pulpit and enter retirement. But he has one last message to deliver. It isn’t to God’s people. It’s a message to God Himself. Micah offers the Lord what’s been called a psalm of prayer and praise. After all has been said and done, Micah asks, “Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy” [Micah 7:18]. Join us as we celebrate the compassion and mercy God poured upon Micah—and us.
