Next Message: Living in God's Rest

Marc Swenson - May 5, 2024

We’ve all heard of the proverbial Frog in the Kettle. Israel was in this situation. The heat was getting turned up. Through the prophet Micah, they were given warning after warning to repent, change their ways, turn their hearts back to God, and get out of the pot before it was too late. This week we’ll learn what made them so comfortable, and we’ll consider the warming waters around our own lives and how God might have us respond. Join us for a powerful morning of worship, prayer, and the sharing of God’s word! We’ll see you Sunday.

The Source of Eternal Salvation

He is risen! Easter Sunday morning proved once and for all that Jesus is greater than death. As the perfect sacrifice for our sins, Jesus is the source of eternal salvation. And He gives us the confidence to approach God’s throne of grace where we will receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. Join us as we celebrate the resurrection with songs of praise, testimonies, baptisms, and a life-giving message from God’s Word.

Scripture References: Hebrews 4:14-16, Hebrews 5:1-10

From Series: "Hebrews: JESUS IS GREATER"

The overall message of Hebrews is JESUS IS GREATER. Greater than what? Jesus is greater than everything! The early Christians needed to be reminded of the supremacy of Christ over all people and things.
