Loving Like Jesus
Last week we started a new sermon series in which we’re learning to walk like Jesus. Jesus told us, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me” [Matthew 6:24]. Tomorrow, Jesus will command us to do something we can only do through His strength and power. “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you” [Luke 6:27-28]. Do you have any enemies? Loving them may be the last thing you want to do. But that’s what it takes to walk with Jesus. Join us tomorrow for the continuation of this series in which we’re hearing directly from our Lord Jesus.
