Sue has been Pastor of Care at FCCO since October 2017. The Scripture verse that God gave her in this calling is Psalm 31:3, “For you are my rock and my fortress; and for your name’s sake you lead me and guide me.” Sue surrendered her life to Jesus at the age of 20 while attending a college-campus Bible study in Colorado. She and her husband Ed moved from MA to NH in 2008 at which time Sue retired from 26-years as a practicing audiologist. Also, at this time, she was attending Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Sue served as a lay minister at the First Baptist Church of Wolfeboro from 2010 until 2015 in a variety of roles including teaching adult Sunday School, leading women’s ministries, organizing Christian Community outreach programs and providing pulpit supply for American Baptist Churches in NH. Prior to receiving the call to be Pastor of Care at FCCO, Sue served for a parachurch ministry, Community Bible Study, for several years as the Prayer Chairman and Associate Teaching Director.
