Notice of Annual Congregational Meeting
The Elders will hold the Annual Congregational Meeting on Sunday, February 8, 2026 from 12:00pm – 1:30pm in the church Sanctuary.
The purpose of the meeting:
1. Ministry Reports
2. 2025 Financial Report
3. 2026 Budget Proposal
4. Questions & Answers
The Annual Report is posted on the church website and a link will be emailed to Covenant Members. Printed copies will be available at the Resource Center.
Everyone is welcome to attend this meeting, but voting is reserved for Covenant Members.
In addition to some of the business items we need to tend to, much of our time will be spent recounting the ways God has blessed his church in 2025 and sharing the priorities God has laid on the elders’ hearts for 2026.
We hope you will join us in this time of celebration and vision casting!
Childcare is available for ages 6 months through 6th grade. Please register your children here by February 4.
