Paul’s Love and Concern for the Believers
What is the hope, joy, or crown you’re living for? Is it success in the world’s eyes? Is it attaining some personal goal or desire? For Paul, it was his fellow believers—those he had led to faith in Christ. He cherished his relationship with them. What about you? Who are the people in your life? Your family members, friends, neighbors, casual acquaintances, work associates, or fellow students? What is God leading you to do in their lives? If you live to minister to them, they may become your joy and crown.
