A Place to Gather, Grow, and Encounter Jesus

As FCCO reaches more families, our students and young adults need a place designed with them in mind.

On Wednesday nights, students will have room to engage and play games together, share snacks and meals, participate in large-group teaching, and worship together. Three dedicated small-group spaces will provide places for deeper conversations and discipleship.

On Thursday nights, young adults will have space to invite friends, study the Bible, share life, and simply enjoy being together.

The Youth Center will also serve the entire FCCO family. With two covered patios, a commercial kitchen, flexible gathering spaces, and seating for up to 240 people at tables, it will provide a place for church-wide events, conferences, meals, and community gatherings—without placing additional demands on the Worship Center.

One building. Many opportunities. A place to gather, grow, and reach the next generation.

  1. Spacious room for activity. For most gatherings, the 45’ × 77’ main room provides open space to gather, connect with friends, receive large-group teaching, and worship. Plus round tables near the kitchen for socializing.

  2. Room for major events. By adding tables, the main room seats up to 240 people for meals and special events.

  3. Three small-group spaces. Each room seats up to 16 people for Bible study, discipleship, and conversation.

  4. Modern, accessible bathrooms. Facilities to serve students, families, and guests.

  5. Stage and accessible platform. The stage supports teaching, presentations, and worship, with a ramp for safe and easy access.

  6. Ample storage. Ministry equipment space on the main level, with additional basement storage directly accessible from outside.

  7. Commercial kitchen. Designed to support both weekly gatherings and special events.

  8. Covered outdoor gathering spaces. Two porches extend the Multipurpose Youth Center, creating additional informal spaces to connect and play outdoor games in the adjacent field.

Why is this needed?

On Wednesday and Thursday nights, Café 58 is often at or beyond capacity. Our students and young adults need a welcoming place where they can gather, build meaningful relationships, study God’s Word, and encounter Jesus.

Our back lawn provides valuable outdoor space in good weather. A new Youth Center that faces the church back lawn will better support indoor and outdoor events, both for the students and for the church as a whole.

On Sunday, March 22, there will be one 9:00 service only. If you aren't able to join us in person, the service will be streamed live at 9:00 at www.firstossipee.org/live.
